Porsche’s Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program relied heavily on paper-based inspection processes that created significant operational inefficiencies:
- High printing costs: Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent annually on printed materials
- Sustainability concerns: Paper-dependent processes conflicted with corporate environmental initiatives
- Cumbersome workflows: Physical forms were difficult to complete during vehicle inspections
